Shipping policy
Depending On Chosen Service At Checkout
Courier Deliveries are scheduled for 24/48 hours after dispatch. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Please ensure you are available to sign for your items on the expected day of delivery.
If the attempted delivery fails, it is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery slot within 48 hours. If this is not actioned, your order will be returned to our warehouse and additional charges will be incurred for reshipment.
Royal Mail Deliveries
Depending on the service chosen (ie 24/48 hour), will determine the length of time expected for your parcel to arrive. This can be between 3-10 days.
Please note Royal Mail reserve 10 working days to complete a non-trackable service.
