    In the case where you received the wrong item either wigs or skin products, contact us within 7 days to arrange with us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. And the items must be recived in the original condition within 14 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.

    To start a return process, you can contact us at help@mlhbeauty.co.uk quoting your order number. If your reason for return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned once shipped, custom products such as wigs and  and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

    Refunds

    For qualifying items or cancelled orders within one hour of placing an order, we will notify you as soon as the refund is initiated and you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
