PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping option.  

SHIPPING
Once your order is placed :

• You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
• Our order processing time (Skin products) is currently 1-4 working days due to high volume of orders. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, pre-orders, out of stock delays and mail exceptions beyond our control.
• You will receive an order dispatch email which will include your tracking details.
• FREE Shipping for any orders over £70 within the UK (Subject to change depending on current promotion).
• FREE Shipping on all WIGS.
• FREE Shipping when you select In-Store Pickup (If available).
• £4.99 shipping cost within the UK for any order less than £70
• If a pre-order item and an in-stock item are purchased in the same order, we will wait to ship both together. If you would like to pay separate shipping so your in-stock item will be shipped immediately, please send us an email at help@mlhbeauty.co.uk
• Your package is being shipped off via /Royal mail First class post (2-3 business days UK) (3-10 business days International) and DHL

PACKAGE INSURANCE

Royal mail will provide insurance protection up to £50 and cover for damage in transit.

PROCESSING TIME (Wigs)

In a situation whereby we do not have the particular hair in stock, this is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.

Please ensure that you check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation email.

Returned order due to incomplete address or wrong address will incur a return fee of 4.99 and reship label.

All wigs are custom made and could take between 7-15 working days depending on the style or extended during sale and festive period.

Custom Charges

For international orders, custom charges may apply depending on the law in your country, please be aware that you as the customer is responsible for any custom charges that may apply.
