When purchasing an eligible MLH Beauty product, customers may choose between a one-time purchase and a recurring subscription, where available.

By selecting a subscription, you agree to receive the selected product automatically at your chosen delivery frequency.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it in accordance with this policy.

The product price, billing frequency, delivery charges and any applicable subscription discount will be displayed before checkout.

2. Automatic Payments and Billing

By subscribing, you authorise MLH Beauty and its payment processing providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order.

• Payments are collected according to your selected subscription schedule.

• The applicable product price and delivery charges will be shown before purchase.

• Subscription payments continue until the subscription is cancelled.

• If payment fails, we may retry the payment or request updated payment information.

We will notify subscribers in advance of material changes to recurring prices.

3. Subscription Deliveries

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or stock availability.

We will not substitute products without your agreement.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your MLH Beauty product subscription at any time without a subscription cancellation fee.

Once cancellation is confirmed:

• No further subscription orders will be created.

• No further recurring subscription payments will be taken.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been placed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer rights.

For eligible online purchases, customers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to exercise their statutory cancellation rights, subject to applicable exceptions.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed skincare products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed, where the legal exception applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Subscription Discounts
