Returns Policy

All SALE are FINAL!

In the case where you received the wrong item either wigs or skin products, contact us within 48 hours to arrange with us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. And the items must be received in the original condition within 14 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.

To start a return process, you can contact us at help@mlhbeauty.co.uk quoting your order number. If your reason for return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit. However, if you received the wrong item, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right or advise accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned once shipped, custom products such as wigs and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

All beauty products are advised to be store in a cool place away from heat.

Refunds

For qualifying items or cancelled orders within one hour of placing an order, if you choose to cancel an order on pre-order, cancellation fee will be applicable depending on the total cost, we will notify you as soon as the refund is initiated within 3-7 working days and you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
